If you are unsatisfied with the purchase,
you can return it within 30 days for a refund. The return
period shall start on the date of original purchase. Please
fill out the form below before sending any product back to
us. Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RMA number
may be refused without notice, automatically returned, and
a handling fee may be assessed.
All returns for refund must be original boxed
product that has NOT BEEN OPENED and include all original contents
-- manuals, software, accessories, etc. If all items are not
received or a product is not in resellable condition,
a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. We are unable to resell
opened products, and therefore we may refuse any refund requests
if the return is opened.
If the product is faulty, we recommend
first contacting the manufacturer to verify their warranty
or replacement policy. For other product exchanges, a suitable
replacement will be offered to the customer. If a suitable
replacement cannot be found, then a refund will be issued.
Please note that Toygroove.com can only refund
the price of product. We will only refund shipping and handling
costs if the return is the result of an error on our part (e.g.
wrong item is shipped).
You are responsible for all shipping and insurance
charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose
not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of
the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage.
For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured
Parcel Post for return shipment.
Refunds are processed within two weeks of receipt
of returned product. Refunds are credited to the credit card
used for the original purchase.
