For U.S. shipments your shipping time in transit will be 1 to 5 business days, depending on your choice of shipping method. For Canadian shipments, your shipping time in transit will be 2 to 7 business days, depending on your choice of shipping method.
Toygroove.com days of operation are Monday-Friday. We typically process and ship orders within 2 business days, with the exception of weekends and holidays. If your order is placed by 10AM CST, in most cases it will be shipped out the same business day depending on the volume of orders. For orders placed after 10AM CST on Friday or orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, the earliest they will be shipped out is the following Monday (if Monday is not a holiday).
NOTE: Canadian orders will be subject to additional UPS brokerage fees upon crossing the border. Please contact a local UPS or customs representative for information on these additional charges.
