Body: I ordered a Digital Blue Movie Creator digital camera and Digital Blue PC Animation software. The camera is a very popular item with kids this year and was sold out at all the well known online retail and toy stores. The Digital Blue website listed Toygroove.com as a site that carried their product. Id never heard of Toygroove and was a bit skeptical but decided to check it out and found they had the camera in stock and at $10 less than every other site Id visited. Within 5 minutes theyd sent me an e-mail to confirm my order and included a link that I could click on to track it if I wished. Id selected standard shipping so I was amazed and very pleasantly surprised when the package was delivered to my door just 4 days later after Id placed the order. I feel Ive found a great new place to shop and plan to order from them again in the future.

Body: I was very nervous to order from toygroove.com because I had never used it or heard of it before. However, I ordered the Digital Blue Movie Camera when it was sold out of Target & Toys R Us. I was nervous that I wouldnt get the product, but I had it within a weeks time. What was so great about the service is that I received emails letting me know when to expect the product, and I especially liked that I was given a UPS tracking # to track my shipment. I had a wonderful experience with toygroove.com and will definately use it again and recommend it to others!

Body: this is the first time i ordered from toygroove.com and i must admit i was a little nervous about quality and customer service. i was ordering a christmas gift for my daughter and the local stores were sold out. toygroove.com not only had the item, they had it at a $20 discount and with free shipping! i received emails on the status of my order, including one that indicated that the manufacturer of the item had forgotten to include software for the item that i had ordered. they contacted the manufacturer about the error and it was rectified before my item was shipped. the only thing i would have liked better, is if my shipment had gone by a faster method so that we wouldnt have as long a delay in receiving the product. when it did finally arrive, all of the parts and pieces were there!
